MANUFACTURING INFRASTRUCTURE

Sublimated match kits, team training wear, compression apparel and technical cycling kit for international clubs, brands and distributors.

MANUFACTURING INFRASTRUCTURE
The production route

Seven stages, all on our floor

01
Tech pack review

Your pack, sketch or sample garment is read by a production engineer, not a salesperson. Anything ambiguous — a seam, a tolerance, a standard — is queried before we cost it.

02
Pattern making & grading

CAD patterns cut to your measurement chart and graded across the full size run. Where you send a garment, we pattern from the garment and confirm the deviation with you.

03
Fabric sourcing & lab dips

Knits, twills, FR cloth, fluorescent base fabric and leather sourced against your GSM, composition and Pantone. Lab dips and mill certificates go to you for approval.

04
Sampling

A pre-production sample is made on the same machines as bulk and shipped for fit, colour and print sign-off. Revisions run until it is right — bulk does not start before approval.

05
Cutting & decoration

Marker-planned cutting, then sublimation, screen print, heat transfer, embroidery or reflective-tape application — decoration happens before assembly where the design needs it to.

06
Stitching lines

Dedicated lines per product family, so sportswear and PPE never compete for the same operators or machines. Flatlock, coverstitch, bar-tack and heavy-duty stations as the garment requires.

07
Inspection, labelling & packing

Inline and final AQL inspection against the approved sample, then your care labels and hangtags, polybagging and carton marking for your warehouse or port.

On the floor

Processes we run in-house

If a process is on this list, it happens on our floor under our own quality control. If your order needs something outside it — a specialist lamination, a third-party lab test — we tell you who does it and what it adds to the timeline.

Manufacturing

Controlled end to end, under one roof

Nothing gets sub-contracted out of sight. Pattern making, cutting, printing, stitching and inspection all happen in-house, so a spec change on Monday reaches the line on Monday.
