A pre-production sample is couriered for fit, colour and print sign-off. Revisions run until it is right; bulk starts only after approval.
Inline and final AQL inspection against the approved sample, then labelling, packing and air or sea freight to your port.
Missing information is the main reason a quotation takes longer than it should. If you do not have all of it, send what you have and we will tell you what else we need.
Sampling is charged per style and credited against the bulk order where the design goes into production. Courier is at cost.
Both depend on the line, the fabric and whether we are patterning from scratch. Each is stated on the written quotation rather than promised in advance.
Terms are agreed per order and confirmed on the invoice — typically a deposit against bulk with the balance before despatch. Bank details appear only on our invoice.
Air or sea freight, ex-works or delivered as agreed, with packing list, invoice and certificates in the document set.
