Sublimated match kits, team training wear, compression apparel and technical cycling kit for international clubs, brands and distributors.
It depends on the line and the fabric. A sublimated kit in one colourway behaves differently from a certified hi-vis order that needs a specific base cloth and tape. Rather than publish a number we cannot hold to, we state the minimum for your exact product on the written quotation.
Sampling and bulk are quoted as separate timelines. Sampling depends on whether we are patterning from scratch or matching a garment you send; bulk depends on quantity, decoration method and fabric availability. Both are stated with the costing, and if a date slips we tell you when it slips, not after.
Yes — sampling is charged per style, with courier at cost, and credited against the bulk order when the design goes into production. It keeps sampling capacity available for buyers who are genuinely ordering.
We can pattern from a sample garment and match its construction and fabric, and that is the fastest way to get a fit you already trust. What we will not do is reproduce another company's trademarks, logos, club crests or licensed designs.
Protective lines are produced for CE marking against the relevant EN standards, and certification scope belongs to a specific garment build rather than to the factory as a whole. We confirm in writing which standard and class your item is produced against, and the consignment ships with its test report and declaration of conformity.
Yes. You can nominate a mill, send fabric to us, or give us a GSM and composition and let us source against it with swatches for approval. For certified lines the component must have its own certificate, whoever supplies it.
Production stops and we put the alternative to you in writing, with its certificate where the line is certified. Nothing is substituted silently, even when it would keep the schedule.
Neither. We are a contract manufacturer: everything is made to order under the buyer's label. The product images on this site are reference photography of the types we build, not stock you can buy off the shelf.
Yes. Artwork, patterns and tech packs are used for your order only. They are not shown to other buyers, not used in our own samples, and we will sign your NDA if you have one.
Yes — buyer visits and third-party inspection are welcome at your cost. Tell us at order stage so the schedule allows for it, and we will have the line running your product while you are here.
We ship worldwide by air and sea. Tell us the destination market at enquiry stage, because it affects which standard, marking and user information we build into the order from the start.
Ask directly. We will answer the same day.
Tell us what you need manufactured, the quantity, and when you need it delivered. We'll reply within one business day with questions or a formal quotation.
